Marie-Pierre de Bailliencourt holds a Ph.D in Geopolitics from Université Paris-Sorbonne after having completed Ph.D studies at Johns Hopkins University.

Throughout her career she has held diverse roles related to strategy, operations and international affairs, in both public and private environments, with a focus on technology and geopolitical matters. Her professional experience began in the Office of the UN Secretary General in 1995. She then moved to the private sector in a leadership role conducting the international development and M&A at Rexel and was a consultant at McKinsey in the early 2000s. From 2004 onwards, she held various high level management positions : Vice-president Industries at Dassault Systèmes, Deputy Managing Director at Bull and Deputy CEO at Naval Group.

Her passion for academic reflection led her to maintain close ties with some of the most influential French academic universities/institutions. She is the author of a "Traité pratique de négociation" and has been teaching Public Affairs at Sciences Po Paris for several years. Her background reflects her interest in sovereign issues and complex environments.

Marie-Pierre de Bailliencourt is on the Groupe La Poste’s Board of Directors and is Chair of its Quality and Sustainable Development Committee, where she represented the French State and now represents the CDC (Caisse des dépôts et consignations). She is also an independent Director of ComGest and Exclusive Networks. These three French companies are representative of today's social, economic and technological environments.

Thomas Gomart has been Director of the French Institute of International Relations (Ifri) since 2015. He was a member of the editorial board of the French Defence and National Security Strategic Review 2017, which reports to the French Ministry of Defence. Thomas Gomart is a member of the IHEDN Scientific Advisory Board and of the editorial boards of Politique étrangère, Revue des deux mondes and Études. His current research focuses on Russia, digital governance, French foreign policy, geopolitical risk and think tanks. He recently published ‘L'affolement du monde’ (Tallandier, 2019), ‘Guerres invisibles’ (Tallandier, 2021) and ‘Les ambitions inavouées. Ce que préparent les grandes puissances’ (Tallandier, 2023). His latest book, ‘L'accélération de l'histoire. Les noeuds géostratégiques d'un monde hors de contrôle’, Éditions Tallandier, was published in January 2024. Thomas Gomart holds a PhD in the History of International Relations (Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne) and an EMBA (HEC). He is a Knight of the National Order of Merit.

Dr. Luc JULIA, Chief Scientific Officer for Renault, was CTO and Senior Vice President of Innovation for Samsung Electronics, directed Siri at Apple, was Chief Technologist at Hewlett-Packard and cofounded a number of start-ups in the Silicon Valley. While conducting research at SRI International, he was involved in the creation of Nuance Communications, now the world leader in speech recognition.

Recipient of Légion d’Honneur, the highest order of France, and member of its National Academy ofTechnologies, he holds degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from theUniversity Pierre et Marie Curie in Paris and earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Paris.

Nathalie Keller began her career at Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale in 1998. In 2006 she was named Head of Permanent Control for CM-CIC Securities.

In 2012 she became Head of Custody, where she also oversaw the UCI Custody business (Asset custody, Control, Cash monitoring).

Since 2019, she has been Head of Custodian Solutions at CIC Market Solutions, CIC's stock market division. She is in charge of custody account-keeping, the mutual fund custodian business and the Buy Side Desk. CIC Market Solutions is a leader in the independent portfolio management segment, offering its financial institution clients high value-added services in account keeping and custody.
